Description
Founders Club, which opened in 2008, is Myrtle Beach's newest golf course.
Located along the South Strand, it has comfortably taken its place alongside some of the best courses in America. The course is almost devoid of cart paths, often utilizing sprawling waste bunkers to frame raised fairways.
One piece of advice before teeing it up here on your next Myrtle Beach golf vacation: hit one more club than you think you need on your approach because there is no reward in being short. Founders Club has a different look than some of its lowcountry South Carolina brethren, but its every bit as enjoyable.
