3's Relaunches "Grubhouse," Cutting-Edge Golf, Food and Drink Built With Fun in Mind

Justin Timberlake and 8AM Golf's investment in Greenville's lighted, 12-hole par-3 course takes a big step forward; Grubhouse is the ultimate chill destination for "holesome"

By Brian Weis

3's, the innovative new concept in golf entertainment that combines accessible Par-3 golf with cutting-edge hospitality, has relaunched with the completely refurbished "Grubhouse".

Last year, 8AM Golf, along with partner Justin Timberlake, invested in 3's with the intent of refining the popular and successful concept in Greenville, and replicating it in major metro areas across the United States.

Now, fresh on the heels of Timberlake and 8AM Golf teaming up with Tiger Woods to present T-Squared Social in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, JT and 8AM unveil the new look of 3's renovated hub: "The Grubhouse."

3's features a lighted, 12-hole par-3 golf course with adjacent practice areas and an 18-hole putting course, all in a relaxed and friendly environment. One loop around the course takes less than 90 minutes, leaving plenty of time to further unwind. Featuring a retro-cool vibe, The Grubhouse makes it easy to grab delicious comfort food, drinks and merchandise in a space designed to feel like home, including firepits, Adirondack chairs and music.

"The goal for 3's was to create a relaxed destination where you can come to play casual golf, grab a bite and a drink, hang out with family and friends, and meet folks," said Davis Sezna, founder of 3's. "We're trying to make golf easy, fun and affordable for everyone to enjoy and I think we're accomplishing that every day at 3's."

"Non-traditional golf experiences are bringing the game to new audiences," said Hoyt McGarity, president of 8AM Golf. "We feel that 3's represents the best of what this category has to offer and look forward to rolling out additional 3's destinations across the nation."
