Description
River Club boasts one of the Grand Strand's unique and wonderful finishing holes: a reachable par-5 with a peninsula fairway that, if reached successfully from the tee, leaves as little as a middle iron second shot to the green and an excellent eagle chance. The other 17 holes are equally challenging and memorable, earning the course a 4.5 Star rating in Golf Digest's "Best Places To Play in America". Landing areas are generous off the tee and over 60 large bunkers encourage strategic shot placement. Amoeba-shaped greens cause many approach shots to play appealingly different from one day to the next.
